Shipping Policy

A.O Diamonds ships worldwide. Every order is sent fully insured and tracked, and standard shipping is free on all orders.
1. Order Processing
In-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom, made-to-order or engraved pieces require additional crafting time, which will be confirmed at the time of order (typically 7–21 business days). Orders are processed Sunday–Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted, fully insured courier services (such as FedEx, DHL or registered express mail). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Israel: 1–3 business days
- Europe & North America: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard insured shipping is free worldwide. Any expedited or express upgrade requested by the customer will be quoted before dispatch.
4. Insurance & Secure Delivery
Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage until it is delivered to you. For security, high-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, contact us at support@ao-diamonds.com. Because every shipment is insured, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
