Yes. We ship worldwide with free, fully insured and tracked delivery.
How long will my order take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days within Israel, 3–7 days to Europe and North America, and 5–14 days for the rest of the world. Custom pieces require additional crafting time.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Orders shipped outside Israel may incur import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns with free, insured return shipping. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I exchange an item or resize a ring?
Yes. We offer exchanges, and most standard rings can be resized once free of charge within 30 days. Contact us to arrange it.
Are any items non-returnable?
Custom-made, engraved or personalized pieces, and pierced earrings (for hygiene), are final sale unless faulty.

Are your diamonds certified?
Our diamonds and gemstones come with applicable certificates of authenticity or grading reports, as indicated on each product.
Are your diamonds natural?
Product details specify whether a stone is natural or lab-grown. If anything is unclear, just ask us.
Do you offer custom or bespoke jewelry?
Absolutely. Share your idea with us by email or WhatsApp and we will help bring your design to life.
How do I find my ring size?
Contact us and we will guide you through measuring your size accurately, or help arrange a resize after delivery.
Care & Support
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch, avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth. We are happy to advise on caring for specific pieces.
