3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our diamonds and jewelry as accurately as possible, including carat, cut, color, clarity and metal details. Because each piece may be natural and handmade, slight variations in appearance, weight and measurements are normal. Product images are for illustration; colors may vary depending on your screen.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment providers, including PayPal and major credit/debit card networks. We do not store your full card details. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify payment. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

8. Warranty & Authenticity
We warrant that our jewelry is as described and free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Diamonds and gemstones are supplied with applicable certificates of authenticity or grading reports where indicated. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse, or repairs/alterations performed by a third party.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs and graphics — is the property of A.O Diamonds or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
