At A.O Diamonds, every piece is crafted to be treasured. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy with free, insured return shipping worldwide.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn and undamaged condition;
- Accompanied by the original packaging, gift box and pouch;
- Returned with all certificates of authenticity, diamond/gemstone grading reports and original receipts.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@ao-diamonds.com or message us on WhatsApp at +972 52-318-4518 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid, insured return shipping label and instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off with the designated carrier.
Please do not ship any item back to us without contacting us first; returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our workshop), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, design or value. Contact us to arrange an exchange; price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety and craftsmanship reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty:
- Custom-made, bespoke or made-to-order pieces;
- Engraved or personalized items;
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless unworn and sealed;
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, alteration or repair by a third party;
- Gift cards.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs incurred.
7. Ring Resizing
Standard ring sizes can be resized once free of charge within 30 days of delivery (excluding eternity bands and certain set designs). Contact us to arrange resizing.
